CropSheet is run by a small team. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot — email lands with a person, and we answer within two working days.
What to write to us about
- A PDF that didn't crop properly. This is the most useful mail you can send. Tell us the marketplace and what went wrong — a label cut in the wrong place, a blank page, a missing order row. Do not attach the PDF: it has your customers' names, addresses and phone numbers on it, and we would rather not receive them. A screenshot with the personal details blacked out is plenty.
- A marketplace we don't support yet. Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, GlowRoad, Shiprocket — tell us which one you actually ship on, and how many orders a week. That is how we decide what to build next.
- A field missing from the order Excel. If your accountant needs a column we don't export, say which one and we will look at whether the PDF actually carries it.
- Anything about privacy. How we handle data, what the ads collect, or a request under a data-protection law. See the privacy policy first — it is short and it is specific.
- Advertising or partnerships. Same address.
Things we can't help with
We are not Flipkart, Amazon, or any marketplace, and we have no access to your seller account, your orders, or your payouts. If your label won't download from the Seller Hub in the first place, or a payment hasn't landed, that is a conversation with the marketplace's own support — we genuinely cannot see any of it.

CropSheet is built and operated by Northvane Management, based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. The same team builds Northvane's accounting software for fuel dealers — CropSheet came out of watching sellers do the same manual work twice. More on the About page.
