Under Orders. Select the orders you have accepted and ready to dispatch, then use the label or manifest download action. Meesho has moved and renamed this control several times, so look for the download action on the orders list rather than a fixed menu path — the file it produces is the same either way.

Why can I not download my Meesho label?

How to download and print Meesho labels

Getting the PDF out of the Supplier Panel is the easy half. The half that goes wrong is printing it — at the wrong scale a 4×6 label becomes unscannable, and the courier hands the parcel back.

Getting the label PDF

Sign in to the Meesho Supplier Panel at supplier.meesho.com.
Open Orders and filter to the orders you have accepted and are ready to dispatch. An order that has not been accepted has no label yet — this is the single most common reason a download appears to do nothing.
Select the orders you want to ship, then use the label download action on the list.
The panel produces a PDF. Save it rather than printing straight from the preview window — browser print previews are where “Fit to page” quietly gets applied.

Meesho reorganises the Supplier Panel fairly often, so treat the exact button name as a moving target — it has been a download icon on the row, a bulk action above the list, and an item inside an order’s detail view at different times. What does not change is the requirement that the order is accepted first, and the file you end up with.

Separate the label from the invoice

The downloaded file carries both the shipping label and the tax invoice. They have different jobs: the label is stuck to the outside of the parcel for the courier to scan, and the invoice goes inside for the buyer. Printing the page whole means either wasting a full sheet per parcel or shrinking the label to fit label media.

So: print the label region at 4×6 on label stock or cut from A4, and print the invoices separately on ordinary paper. If you sell on Flipkart or Amazon as well, CropSheet does that split automatically for those two — Meesho support is still being built, and we would rather tell you than have you upload a file and get an error.

Printing on a thermal printer

Media: 100 × 150 mm (4 × 6 in) direct-thermal roll. No ink, no ribbon.
Paper size in the dialog: 100 × 150 mm, or the printer’s named label preset.
Scale: 100% / Actual size. Never “Fit to page”.
Margins: None.
Darkness / heat: raise a notch if bars print grey instead of black.

Printing without a thermal printer

An ordinary inkjet or laser is fine. Print on A4 at 100%, cut the label out, and tape it on — couriers scan the barcode, not the paper. To avoid burning a sheet per parcel you can fit four labels on one A4 sheet, which turns a batch of twelve into three sheets.

A4 self-adhesive sheets are the middle option: they go through a normal printer and peel like a real label, for a few rupees a sheet.
