What is the Meesho shipping label size?

“100 × 150 mm” and “4 × 6 inch” are the same label — the 1.6 mm gap is rounding. Either description on a packet of rolls will fit.

Why it is the same on every marketplace

The 4×6 label is not a Meesho decision. It is what Indian courier networks — Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, Xpressbees — standardised on, so every marketplace that hands parcels to those couriers produces the same size. That has one very practical consequence:

One 100×150 mm roll covers every marketplace you sell on. If you already buy rolls for Flipkart or Amazon, the same stock takes Meesho labels. There is no such thing as a Meesho-specific label size, and anything sold as one is just a 4×6 with a sticker on the box.

Why the downloaded PDF prints wrong

The label is 4×6, but what you download is a larger page with the label placed on part of it and the tax invoice taking up the rest. The file is page-sized; the label inside it is 4×6. That mismatch is the entire reason labels come out wrong, and it happens on every marketplace.

Send that page straight to a 100×150 mm printer and you get one of two failures:

“Fit to page” squeezes the whole page onto the label, so the actual label ends up a fraction of its intended size. The bars get too narrow to read and the scanner beeps nothing.
“Actual size” prints a corner of the page at full scale — you get part of a label, usually without the address or the barcode.

The fix in both cases is the same: cut the 4×6 label region out onto its own 4×6 page, then print that at 100%. Nothing is resampled, so the barcode keeps the resolution it was generated at.

Print settings for a sharp 100×150 mm label

Paper size: 100 × 150 mm, or “4 × 6 in”, or your printer’s label preset.
Scale: 100% / Actual size. Never “Fit to page”.
Margins: None / 0.
Orientation: Portrait.
Darkness: If bars look grey rather than black, raise the printer’s darkness or heat setting a notch — faint bars are the most common scan failure on thermal.

No thermal printer?

Most sellers starting out do not have one, and it is not a blocker. A 4×6 label prints fine on ordinary A4 — and you can fit four labels on a single A4 sheet, cut them apart and tape them on. That takes a batch of twelve from twelve sheets down to three.

Where CropSheet fits
